A native of Glynn and resident of Ventress, she passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 5 pm at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 46 years old and a caregiver of her son Noah while also raising her son Brady. She is survived by her sons, Noah Jarreau and Brady Jarreau; father, Ray Fountain; niece, Brynlee Fountain and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Fountain; brother, Cory Fountain; maternal grandparents, Roland and Laura David; paternal grandparents, Eddie and Lucille Langlois Sr. A visitation was held at Niland’s Funeral Home in New Roads on Monday, July 10, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. The service was conducted by Deacon Tom Robinson. Honorary pallbearers were her sons Noah and Brady. Special thanks to Pointe Coupee Home Health, Janell LaCombe Cancer Fund and all the family and friends that supported Nadia and her family during her illness, especially Julie Distefano.
